Susan is the owner, broker and originator of a minority owned business, Linton Real Estate, LLC. She is an Arizona native and graduate of Northern Arizona University. Susan has spent her entire working life in her chosen career of real estate in Flagstaff, Sedona and the Verde Valley. With an original background in land sales, residential sales and management.

Susan is now a LEED Accredited Professional and holds the National Association of Realtor's GREEN designation intending to help her clients create an environmentally friendly and healthy commercial work place that will attract the type of tenants that will raise the stature of their buildings. Susan is working hard in these times to help distressed property owners. She holds the National Association of Realtor's Short Sale Foreclosure Resource designation. There are alternatives and better choices that property owners can make when they find themselves owning a distress property. Susan is ready and able to be a resource to those property owners.
